At Gentle English Mastiff Puppies, your peace of mind is our priority. We are deeply committed to the health, care, and quality of every puppy we raise. That’s why we proudly offer a 30-day Health Guarantee on all puppies purchased from us.

What Our Health Guarantee Covers

1. Initial Veterinary Examination

We strongly recommend that you take your new puppy to your veterinarian within 10 days of bringing them home. If your vet finds that your puppy has a pre-existing illness, injury, or clinical condition likely present before pickup, you’ll have the following options:

• ✅ Full Refund – Return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price.

• 🔄 Puppy Exchange – Exchange for another puppy of equal value.

• 💵 Reimbursement – Keep the puppy and receive veterinary cost reimbursement (up to the original purchase price).

2. Genetic or Hereditary Conditions

If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic or hereditary health issue within 30 days—or sadly passes away due to such a condition—we offer:

• ✅ Full Refund

• 🔄 Puppy Exchange

• 💵 Vet Expense Reimbursement (up to the full purchase price)

To qualify, please notify us within two business days of your vet’s official diagnosis. We will require the vet’s contact details and a signed health certificate. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will void the guarantee.

What the Health Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Routine Veterinary Care – Vaccinations, deworming, flea treatments, and general wellness checkups.

• Injuries or Accidents – Any health issues caused by owner neglect, injury, or accidental harm.

State Law Compliance

• 🏛️ We comply with all state-specific regulations regarding pet health guarantees.

• In states without mandated health policies, we voluntarily provide a 30-day minimum health guarantee to protect every new family.
