Shipping & Pickup Options for Your English Mastiff Puppy

At Gentle English Mastiff Puppies, we make it easy and safe to bring your new companion home—no matter where you are.

You may choose to:

• Have your puppy shipped to the nearest major airport to you, or

• Fly in to pick up your puppy in person and bring them onboard as carry-on (airlines typically allow this if you’re flying with the puppy in-cabin).

Please note that most airlines require puppies to be at least 8 weeks old and to travel with a valid 10-day health certificate.

What’s Included When We Ship Your Puppy

Before shipping, your puppy will:

• Have received their first round of vaccinations

• Be microchipped

• Receive a full health check and certificate

Once final payment has been received and we’ve obtained the AKC registration application for your litter, we’ll send you a packet that includes:

• AKC registration paperwork

• Vaccination and shot records

• Microchip information and tag

• A helpful 6-page English Mastiff Puppy Care guide

Veterinary Recommendation

We advise that you take your puppy to your personal vet within 72 hours of arrival for a full health check.
Your vet will also use the included shot record to schedule the second round of vaccinations, due 21 days after the first.

Safe & Reliable Air Shipping

Shipping by air is safe, routine, and well-regulated. We’ve had excellent experiences with all past shipments, and puppies are handled with great care by airline personnel. Flights are short, and temperature-controlled environments are maintained throughout the journey.

We will:

• Arrange and book all airline travel for your puppy

• Provide an FAA-approved carrier

• Supply the required health certificate

• Pre-pay the shipment cost

• Provide you with a detailed flight itinerary ahead of time

• Insure your puppy during shipment

You’ll only need to contact your airport for exact pickup instructions and bring valid photo ID at the time of pickup.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship anywhere within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Canada, and internationally, in compliance with local regulations.
We typically use United Airlines or Delta Airlines, depending on availability and route. United Airlines is our preferred carrier due to their excellent temperature-controlled transport and consistent reliability.

Puppies are usually picked up at either the airline ticket counter or Air Cargo facility, depending on the airline and arrival time. We’ll guide you on where to go and what to bring for pickup.

To schedule your puppy’s flight, we’ll need the full name, address, email, and phone numbers of the person receiving the puppy.
